Don't dig, plant or improve your space without an ARC for you front and backyards. Check out the Landscape section here for guidance. Also, your backyard is your responsibility for maintenance. Our contractor will cut, weed eat, and blow. They will not weed, fertilizer or cut shrubs.

 

Welcome to the community website for Pemmbrooke Place Homeowners' Association! This website is intended to be a resource for Pemmbrooke Place Subdivision owners only. It includes vital information regarding the neighborhood and the Association – HOA budgets, annual meeting minutes, etc.

If you are an owner and are visiting the website for the first time, please register for the website, and this will send an email to us for approval of your registration. This helps keep the access to the website restricted to only Pemmbrooke Place owners. Once we have a chance to review and approve your registration, you will be sent an email with access instructions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AREAS BETWEEN UNITS ARE PRIVATE PROPERTY. PLEASE ASK FOR PERMISSION FROM NEIGHBORS TO USE THIS AREA BEFORE ENTERING ONTO THEIR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
